My new Etsy store for selling coffee mugs. I love this place! I thought I followed the setup instructions correctly, but maybe not. I got my first coffee mug order (it came in from a friend) but it hasn't been shipped yet-at least I have not been notified that it has shipped. I don't know how to make the shipments automatic or how to manually ship them to my customer. Where should I get more information about what I may have missed or done incorrectly so my orders are shipped automatically (like I thought they were supposed to be)? Thanks, Jan
