You can display your Etsy listings direct to your fans on your Facebook page. There are many apps out there, some that offer lots of features and some that are far simpler. We like easy and simple! For that reason We recommend using this app. Just like the name suggests is very easy to use and even easier to set up. Entering your shop name and email address is all it takes to get started. You also have some options to customize it if you wish but the default settings are great :)

Changing your tags and creating sales for your shop are so easy with this app.

We use and love more than anything the etsyonsale app, its wonderful! You can remove and add tags to all listings in one go, and schedule sales.

You may have seen many listings that display what the price used to be in the picture. They are listings that have been placed on sale using the etsyonsale app. If you sign up directly at the site you get 5 free credits to get started or if you sign up using the referral link of an existing user you both get an extra 5 credits, so you start off with 10 instead of 5. Here is a wonderful tool to get likes to your Facebook page forever. I think the site is pretty new so now is the time to get in and be ranked high from the beginning.

It's very simple! All the members can progress and get their own add to the top by liking other pages. If you're a member you will get people liking you all the time :)

It does cost $5 but for what it is you can't beat it. I have already had a few hundred likes from it all from etsy users as well and just for $5. By far the best ROI I have found for an add so I thought I would share. I guess the more people that join the site the better so share it with as many people as you can.

Here is a great tip! You can use a free online alarm clock to set an alarm to remind you to comment on the front page treasury. This one is free and the one I use onlineclock.net/

Commenting on the front page treasury is a great way to congratulate the treasury featured and network with others and get some exposure yourself.

Each person can comment on 100 treasuries every day. We strongly recommend that everyone do this. If others see that you actively promote treasuries and help others then you are more likely to be in treasuries yourself.

Want to see whats hot and what shops do well? Use www.craftcount.com to check the top shops and see what shops made the most sales each day

Tracking your sucess and rankings is a great way to stay on track. A great tip is to use the site to find the top sellers and connect with them. Favorite their shops or listings and maybe even follow them on their social media venues to see how they get things done.

Want a custom Facebook link with your business name in it?

You can get a custom domain name for free from Facebook. Go to www.facebook.com/usernames and make sure you select your business page and not your profile page. Once you have made sure you have your business page selected you can write your business name in.

For example here is my facebook link below, before I selected this custom one it was a much longer link that looked messy and had a bunch of numbers and special characters in it. This link is much shorter and more professional.

Want to find out how much everything in your shop is listed for?

Use the etsyhacks shop value tool here etsyhacks.com/shop_value/ just put your shop name in and it will tell you what all your listings are worth and what the average price is across all items. It's a great tool and very motivational. Enter in any shop name to see how much all of the items are worth

Get involved in a Pinterest group board.

Group boards on pinterest are a great way to pin your items into communities of people who will almost certainly love your creations as much as you. The other great aspect is that there can be hundreds of people adding content to a board which will make thousands of people view and follow it. Here is a great group board to get started with. Try and create your own as well and invite others to participate.

Want to be seen by 1000 targeted users?

Do you have twitter? If not why not! Once you have a twitter account set up make a search for a keyword or search term that matches your industry, for example if you sell cosmetics do a search for beauty, cosmetics, beautyblogger etc. and then select the search all people option at the bottom of the drop down. This will bring up lists of thousands of people who are covered under that category or search.

Once you have done that you can go about following all of these people. There is a limit of 1000 a day so you can only follow 1000 people every day as long as you have more followers and the amount of people you are following. it takes roughly 30 minutes to go down a list and follow 1000 people but its well worth it and you will see a definite spike in your traffic from those efforts.

When you're logged in with twitter go to this link

just change the word on the end from beauty to whatever word you want, so if you sell crochet gloves do a search for gloves or crochet lovers or something like that and go about following all the people that come up, so for example if its crochet you are wanting to follow change the link to this

or do a search for etsy sellers and follow them

etc.etc.etc :)

This will grow your twitter like nothing else. we have more followers in some of our twitter accounts than many of the billion dollar brands in that industry put together so this method works and has helped us have one one of the top 10 selling shops on etsy. SO IT WORKS!

Renew your items!

Nothing shows us how important renewing more than when we get an order and then a few moments later we get another order with many of the same items. When we have large events and get orders every few minutes its very easy to see that the orders remind me of a game of dominoes. If a six is placed another 6 is placed next to it, the same with orders. If a customer purchases 7 or 8 items the next order has many if not most of the same items and it generally goes like that for the whole event.

This proves that its the items that are closest to the top of the search that are selling. When we hold big events we try and set up renewed listings automatically every 10 minutes to every hour depending on the size of the event and what time of day it is (there is no point in renewing something every ten minutes if its 1am

We use a app to schedule and automatically renew our listings. We have mentioned this app above for changing tags and setting up sales. Its called etsy on sale and it also allows you to auto renew your items.
