Hi,
I have added the wrong Payoneer Account when Etsy prompted to signup, now when I am trying to add actual Payoneer Account, they said it's not possible. They are saying, create a new shop to add the right payoneer account. Now my shop is 3 years old and it has 150 succcessful projects/sales but Etsy being really ignorant about the issue. Don't you face similar kind of issues? they are kind of worst support among all the marketplaces. Once my account got hacked and it took them 1 year resolve that.
Please suggest what could be done.
