Hi, help how do I rebound after first bad customer?

Hi,

I hope it's ok to start my own post? I tried to read if any rules to say not to couldn't see anything...

Last night I got my 1st very own customer, it was a lady, an international customer. At first I was over the moon, only to discover (trying not to be overly negative or give too much details relating to name etc) she didn't seem to know much at all about buying online using Etsy, using PayPal etc.

Ok so first she somehow chose the special postage option, which I would think you'd have to select and wouldn't be automatic, I put the option available it shouldn't be automatic? Please let me know in case & I can turn it off to reduce confusion.

Then of course she demanded a refund of the extra money, which I've never had to work with overseas money calculations before and I asked her to be patient with me. I got the refund processed on my end on PayPal for the extra money. Then of course she demands to know for sure if it was the right amount of refund, then demands the whole amount back, which is fine, so I processed the rest, only missed a few cents under a $1 by miscalculating (again due to my never working with overseas money before).

Now she's demanding where's her money? Of course PayPal has a certain amount of time frame it takes to process the payment back to her account, my account says the whole amount is gone, it shows me $0 again, but how to convince her that I did the right thing and processed it? If PayPal takes time to process on her end how is that my fault and what can I do about it?

Sorry if long post etc, stressed out when I aught to be happy...
