Hello all! I didn't know there was a dreadlock team on here.. or I would have joined a while back.... I have a question for you wonderful folks.
Have you ever had issues with your customers not knowing what size their dreads are? I get messages weekly from folks asking me what size their dreads are with a photo attached.
Firstly, there is no way I can tell what size dreads are based on a photo, so I always tell the to compare their dreads to a common household item..i.e. a pencil or sharpie, etc. I also tell them they can use O-rings to tell what size their dreads are, and then they can let me know what size fits.
Have any of you ever had this issue? If so, what solutions have you been able to offer your clients?
