Hey everyone! Hope you guys are great! I recently ran into a big issue with a very difficult customer. I am still very new to this but we received an order about 2 months from someone who had ordered one of our sets in yellow. She messaged us a bit after receiving her order saying they looked orange. After we received that we messaged her multiple times asking if we could send her a free set since we felt bad. Without responding to us, she left a 2 star review and didn't even let us know why she gave us that. She didn't message us for 2 months after which she finally just wrote her house number and street then said "lol". My father (who owns multiple successful businesses) along with my uncle both said we still have to give her a free set even if she won't change her review. Have you ever had to deal with a difficult customer like this? What can i do to avoid this situation/help fix it in the future? Thanks everyone! Good luck on your business!
