It really is unconditional. Cleo has been thinking about trying to jump to the top of our head board for a few weeks. It looks like it's an appropriate ledge for a little kitty but it's only 2 inches deep. The other morning I was sound asleep and she went for it and fell back down, claws out on my arm. I couldn't help but giggle at her! Even though I was bleeding.
Welcome! I don't pop in here as often as I should but it's a pretty open group and everyone minds themselves ;)
My kitties are less demanding now that we bought them a fancy carpeted cat tower and put it in front of the window...AND put a bird feeder out the window. Now they ignore me most of the time LOL.....
Oh, I need to put a bird feeder near a window! Shadow, my last cat, was blind so I got out of the habit of finding visual things. Churchill (a permanent fosterling - nobody else wants an 8-year-old cat with gooey eyes) was SUPPOSED to be blind, but he sees just fine.
I have a black kitty named Shadow! I would love to put a bird feeder out my window; I live in a co-op, on the ground floor, and there is a lovely English type garden out front..we get so many pretty birds which the cats go crazy for! Unfortunately, the building has strict rules..no birdhouses!! (I got a nasty letter for feeding a one-legged pigeon! :( ) I even tried to get permission to set one up on my outside window ledge, but no dice!
Welcome to the team! Right now, we have 3 house cats, 9 outside cats, and 10 outside kittens! Which is a grand total of 21 cats! We are going to get rid of some of those kittens though.
I love that little kitty in your avi! 10 kittens!! I would just be totally gaga over them..is there anything cuter than playing kittens?? We just have the three due to space constraints...my husband better hope we never get a house..all bets would be off!
hello fellow cat lovers! We have a calico cat and she is my "supervisor" when I am crafting otherwise she is playing ball with my husband. Yes, I said playing ball.He has taught her to hit her toy ball back to him.
Isn't it awesome to have a kitty that plays ball!!!! Our Shadow used to fetch..until she had like 10 of her teeth pulled!! But it was so cute..even when I 'd tire of the game, she'd bring her little ball back to me and drop it at my feet...I really do miss that!! But she still loves her ball..now I crack a door open; she lays behind it, and I throw the ball into the "crack"...again, and again, and again...I think she has me well-trained!
