Slip trailing tools

For all my fellow mudslingers out there, do you have a favorite tool for slip trailing designs in your pottery? Has anyone ever used an icing bag and tip used for baking?

Never used an icing bag. But I have used the old boogy sniffer... oh I mean the aspirator for infants. :)

Re: Slip trailing tools

hi there!

i've seen a silicon made syringe in a cookie deco tools section in a supermarket, so i got this idea for slip trailing.. i still didin't buy it, but it seems soft to touch. i'm having second thoughts if slip would leek if i press it too hard.

here is the link of the brand in my supermarket, but googling around i've seen a lot of similar ones.

does anyone have some experience with this?
