Hello! My name is Edgar Navarro, I am the founder of Escarlata and new to this team.
In 2011 I started this dream in a small workshop next to a box of stones, some tools and many ideas in mind. My passion for handmade work and my firm belief that everything around us is full of energy, led me to create pieces that are more than mere accessories. They are the connection between myths, legends, history and the person who acquires them.
I was lucky enough to grow up in Guatemala, a country full of magic, tradition and mysticism. This context led me to explore my culture and dig deep into my roots to find that common factor that unites us all: the universal energy. Each of the pieces of the brand is created by Guatemalan hands, with ancestral techniques and inspirations.
Ever since I was little, my creativity and constant interest for the unknown made me look for the tools to unwrap the mysteries of the universe.
