most of my etsy shop is custom work, how does that translate to a craft fair?

I'm wondering how sellers produce custom work (ie personalized signs, etc.) for craft fairs? I'm loading my booth with generic inventory, but my bread and butter is personalized signs/wine boxes and wedding related items. Do you have advice for how to showcase/have on hand, personalized items?
Thanks!

Most of my work is custom too so I bring my personalized samples, I have an iPad set up for people to view my website, have a photo book to show your work and then I take orders (had order forms printed). I make sure to have a ton of business cards/post cards as well to hand out so people who aren't ready to order right there can take something home to look you up later. Hope this helps!

Hi there, just gonna chime in and say that I, much like Ellie, have order forms printed out and surprisingly there are people that are willing to wait to have a custom order made just for them. I also have little cards that are "product remember cards" that they can fill out so they know exactly where and what they saw that they liked. Or let them know that they can order a personalized item of yours online (perhaps you already do that). Great shop BTW! Much success to you!
