Does any one know of any consignment shops for handmade items?
I have had the items I make at a couple consignment shops near my home town and they've since closed and I am now looking for alternative consignment shops to place my items!
MeshedDesigns is one I've been eyeballing. As far as I know they have 2 shops. One in Buffalo and one opening in Hutchinson. They're on Facebook...I'm sure you could contact them through that if you're interested.
That's an idea but it would be a drive for me to be going back & forth for taking my items and it would be one of those things to have to think about and the other question would be is would they take my items for in their store as well?
Chrysalis in Hastings takes handmade items, but she is a little picky. She keeps making suggestions of things for me to make - like sweaters. I don't make sweaters. I haven't sold a lot of my things in her shop, though.
