How do I post a thumbnail of a product?

Hello! I am pretty new to Etsy and was wondering how I could post a thumbnail on a team thread of a new product in my shop. I am referring to the rectangle that has a picture, title, and price. All I could find in the help section that came close is the tutorial on the Etsy Mini, but that is not exactly what I am looking for. I hope someone can help me.
