SoCal events?

Does anyone know of any good craft fairs in SoCal? I live in Rancho Cucamonga (near LA) and I was wondering if there were any good ones near me that people have been to before? Thank you! :)

me three! I can find a few online, but I would love a recommendation. Most of them I have found are $500+ vendor both fees. Yipes!

I've been finding the really expensive ones too and yes eventually that is the plan but we need some smaller lower cost shows to get our feet wet and learn the show ropes.

I am going to try and check out the Upland farmers market and Redlands market night too at some point. I used to live in Redlands and that one used to be pretty fun to go to. I will report back if I get a chance to visit.

Also on our list to check out are Renegade in LA, Cherry Blossom Festival in LA and Bazaar Bizzare in San Fran. A long drive and we'd have to rent a truck to do shows up there but San Fran is so artisan friendly it may be worth it. Pink Parlour Festival looks interesting too. Some of these are $$$ but if they are the right fit it could be worth it.

This year we are planning on scouting out shows and making lots of product so we'll be ready for either the end of this year(not likely) but for sure next year.

It would be great if we can all share reports of shows we visit. I am going to develop some sort of list of things to look for when I visit and try to talk to as many vendors as I can too. I wouldn't want to do shows where the people aren't great, it's just not worth a bad experience.

We are going to Pink Parlour Festival at Santa Anita tomorrow. We want to check it out as a possible site to vend at next year.

We're going to try to talk to some of the vendors and take photos of the show. If anyone has any questions or things we should look for specifically please let us know.

I plan on doing a blog post on it shortly after.

Lollipop Lane is an annual event that takes place in October in the city of Lakewood every year:

There is also Patchwork that happens a few times a year in both Santa Ana and Long Beach:

But also check local farmers markets, they usually have craft vendor opportunities.
