I have done 2 shows in Hannibal MO. One was the Merchants Bash in April held by the Hannibal Business Women's organization. It was a small show, but the fee was minimal and I sold over 10 times my entry fee for a few hours of my time and it was fun, so I will likely do it again.
Also, I did the 4th of July Samuel Clemens Arts and Crafts show. With temps in the 104 range, sales were slow and the fee to enter was high. Lots of veteran vendors were not happy with how the fees have been increasing and exposure to get more buyers has not. http://www.hannibalkiwanis.org/index_files/Page347.html

The application has been posted for the 4th Annual GHCAA Women's Expo in November 2013: http://greenhillswomenshealth.org/blog/events

I'd love to see some of the team members there this year! This show needs an infusion of handmade items!! Booth fees are just $40 this year, and we've already reserved a few spaces. All booth fees go toward a Women's Health program operated at my "day job" that helps low-income people to get free or low-cost health care.

If interested, I handle the event organizing for the agency, so just get in contact with me! There's room for about 50 - 60 spots.
