How are some of you getting away with posting items that appear to infringe on Intellectual Property? I have been tagged for infringement and therefore limiting the masks I can create/post for sale. Etsy should find a way to secure rights to the most popular characters and thus extend that right to its content creators / shop owners.
Did you get rights to use that? What are your thoughts?

This post gave me a heart attack well almost because I thought one of my products has been removed due to infringement lol.
Most products that has logo of famous brand will get reported soon if not today. You have a brand logo on your mask or some sort?
Mine was removed long time ago so I stopped doing it back in June 2020.
well, I have no idea about it; better I remove it by myself
It does not seem to be under any rights and looks common, but I have decided to remove it.
I've seen pages of Stranger things items by star sellers that I would guess do not have copyright licenses, yet Etsy keeps deactivating my items (under $20 each) but claims copyright infringement - so maybe if I pay for advertising they will let me get away with it? I say this because they deactivated my items - that don't even have a logo on them- then send me email wanting me to pay for advertising. What a coincidence.
