I got a "This week in your shop" email that said I had a new order and it needed to be shipped soon but I haven't gotten an sales notification and no new sales are showing up on my orders page. Is this a glitch, anyone else have this happen?
my info is always incorrect. It keeps telling me I have new reviews but I haven't had a review for about a month. I think last week my orders were incorrect as well. Not sure when they pull their data.
Maybe Etsy is suffering from a virus. I don't get new order notifications, it's only when I go into my shop manager it pops up then. I don't know who they have working for them, but they need to wake up!
Thanks everyone, seems like it's a mess up on Etsy's side. I wish if they send things out like this they would focus on some accuracy, otherwise what's the pint of sending it at all.
I agree; the numbers in the "This Week in Your Shop" are always wrong, much lower than the number reported on the shop manager dashboard, which I keep open all the time. Will they ever fix this?
