Hi everyone!

Today, we’re rolling out new improvements to shop manager that allow you to quickly edit multiple listings at once and add up to 20 shop sections.

Edit multiple listings at once: Now you can quickly edit multiple listings at once, so you’ll never have to make the same change to a listing title or description one listing at a time. Re: the extra shop sections

Will we ever have the ability to put listings in more than one section (without creating a duplicate listing?) The extra shop sections are great but they don't really do me much good.

Yes, this would be so helpful. Example: I have baby patterns that I would like to put in Christmas and Baby items. And thank you for a bulk editor!

^^^ Yes, yes yes! I'd love to be able to put Christmas ornament sets into both Christmas and Ornament Sets. This would be great. Also, are we even allowed to create duplicate listings? I thought that was a big no-no.

Hi Erin, it was important to us and our sellers to get this version out with enough lead time before the holidays, and we couldn't have hit that target with additional features. Thanks for letting us know you’re interested in this option. We're keeping an eye on seller feedback and will look for opportunities to incorporate it into future updates.

Yes, this would be wonderful!!
This is exactly what I was hoping could happen now with this change to sections, especially with the suggestion of sections for 'Gifts under $50' and 'Ideas for Dad'.
Sad to see it is not yet available.

I agree this would be great! Duplicating items just to put them in different sections makes our whole shop front look like multiples of the same thing are listed and it looks a little strange. Being able to select multiple sections within one listing would be amazing!

Yes! ^^^ This! Right now, having a TON of sections is much less helpful than being able to put those listings in more than one place.

This is exactly what I would love to see as well. I have items that could fit in different sections. For example I could have sections based on price and then sections based on theme of my embroidery hoop art. Online stores usually have this ability to sort products like this. Thanks so much for considering this feature!

Oh yes, please... people have been asking for at least ten years to be able to add a listing to more than one section, this feature would be SO USEFUL! I really hope this actually happens... meanwhile I'm over the moon that there is an actual bulk editor at long last!

I would be willing to pay an extra .20 per shop section to be able to list an item in multiple shop sections in a clickable menu. So, if I'm listing a new item, where it says "Select Shop Section", I could click down all applicable ones and pay .20 per section. Is that technically feasible, Etsy? Could you test it? It would save sellers so much time and we would be more likely to do multiples.

Yes! While I really do appreciate the extra shop sections, it means I have to copy a whole mess of listings to add them to other sections.

Adding "Gifts under $20" section or similar is worthless if I have to remove a listing from it's more relevant section to put it there. Yeah, sorry etsy. I'm echoing what everyone else has said. This change to have more sections is useless without the ability to also have items in more than one section. (And, frankly, we've been begging for this for years now, Come on!)

I'm with everyone else here. The ability to put the same listing into multiple sections would be great (and preferred over more sections).

Yes definitely!! Like a red item in the section for reds and the section for Christmas. Please consider!!
