New way to advertise

Hello everyone :)

I'm relatively new to selling online and I've found that my major problem is reaching my customers. I want to target people outside of Etsy as well, but I have a small budget. I already pay for Search Ads but it hasn't proved very successful. What do you think is the best way to advertise?

I think that Facebook is a good outlet, as well as getting involved in the blogging community and just trying to be personable! If people don't know you're there, they won't check out your shop.
