This is what I use on my blog to help promote others stores for Free!
It's easy to set up your own account. You have 30 days for free to use it under a Email address. They DON'T ask for credit card information or anything like that.

You pick what kind of link you want.
(I used thumb nails and they come in different sizes.)
You can also do Giveaways though here.
They give you the hyperlink for Blogger/ Tumbler or Wordpress.
You can set up multiple Linky Tools at a time. And set them live for different lime limits.
I use Blogger so here is my Example:
With Blogger you add a "Gadget" or "Page" to your Blog under the Design tool.
I set up a page on my blogger due to the huge influx of links added.
You can allow comments on Blogger to which is nice.
I have 180+ entries and counting after 1 day.
