It takes 24 hours for it to register so check that First.
Did you submit the right code to etsy? I double checked mine and I had put a wrong letter somewhere. I also heard copy and past some times leaves a "space" upfront that freaks the computer out or something like that. So try typing it out by hand. Its only a few numbers.
