Post here if you are willing to like back any page that likes you. If you like a page here, simply send the page a message on facebook with a link to your fan page so they can reciprocate. I find this method to be MUCH more effective than "Like the page above you" or any other methods. With this method you can just work your way down the thread liking each page and sending messages to them, generating 1 like each time. Easy and effective.
