FB for Dummies - HELP needed!!

The dummy being me. OK, managed to set up a fan page after about 6 hours. BUT...

~ I still don't know how to 'like' people via my fan page and not my personal page.
~ I cannot find a link to my fan page via my personal page - I have to put my business name into the search box on my personal page every time I want to go there.
~ How do my friends on my personal page know that i have a fan page (apart from me telling them that is). There seems to be no indication that i have a fan page anywhere.
~ Some people have tabs across the top of their profile pages showing info, Etsy etc, but mine all sit on the left hand side. How do I change this?

I could go on, but I'd get boring. I need a friendly FB expert's help please :)

since no one answered you yet, I figure I might give it try :).

1.If you want to like people via your fan page, goto account, and in the list of options it says " Use Facebook as Page". Once you click that you will be using your fan page. Unfortunately, if you "like" someone via your fan page, it does not add to their total fan #.

2. As far as a link on your personal page, I am not sure you can have one. I always access my page via my homepage. There is a link that says ads and pages on the left hand column, by your games and applications.

3. I am not sure if there is a way for people to know you have a fan page besides tell them. I link my via my employment information, but other than that I just have to let my friends know.

4. Not sure on this one.

1. Yes, PrettyLittleLion is right. However, if you like a page as your business, it WILL NOT count towards their "likes". Facebook only counts individuals' likes as toward their coveted number.

2. Yes, that is correct. There is no link unless you go into your info. I retype it every time.

3. Go to your business page, and look on the right hand column Click on "suggest to friends" and all of your personal friends will pop up.

4. The tabs across are the OLD format. Facebook is switching everyone to the new (left sidebar). You don't have a choice, but in the next few weeks, everyone's pages will look like yours.
