Hi everyone, I'm new to the team and etsy really so just saying hello! Can't believe there are so many crafters in Massachusetts. I am trying to figure out how to reply to posts with my listing, any tips? I can't figure it out! Also anyone else in the field of making memorial items? I started last year after the loss of my daughter. Although some my find my story a bit depressing I am trying to keep her memory.
