Hi Robin,

I was pointed to Made in Massachusetts via etsy corporate after reaching out to its press email. I'm editor in chief of baystateparent Magazine. May is our Celebrating Women issue, in which we take a look at the accomplishments of Massachusetts women outside the role of "mom."

We want to write a story showcasing several female crafters and artisans from Massachusetts who have use etsy to develop and expand their business, allowing them to grow themselves professionally and also meet their personal responsibilities as mom.

Would you post my request to the group? Anyone interested can email me their shop link and contact info at melissa at baystateparent dot com. We'll be choosing a handful from across the state to interview.

I tried even though I didn't quite fit the criteria. No response. A polite no thanks would have been nice, and more professional.

I actually found out about this through the Bay State Parent Facebook page. I was interviewed by a really nice reporter who sounded very excited about the article. The article is coming out on May 1st. Hope other MA Moms in this group were able to get in the article!
