A space is available at Unit 7 Coombe Park, near Ashprington, Totnes, TQ9 7DY
It measures 3.7m x 4.7m and has north facing skylights. It can be taken as a half shared space or as a whole space for one person. It is upstairs, and away from any disruption of visitors to the studio gallery area. Rent is £25 per week and includes electricity and water, as well as shared gallery space and the use of the communal kitchen and dining areas.
There is also be another upstairs 1/2 space sharing with a fabric designer, at half the usual rent.
Both spaces are available from the end of March and are suitable for artists, makers, printmakers or designers, we are especially looking for committed long term creative people who will enjoy being part of a varied creative enterprise. Coombe Park is two miles from Totnes, we have a brown tourist sign, we are open to the public six days a week, easy parking, 24 hour access and a studio cat.
