I thought it might be an idea to post team members social media links on a thread. Hopefully this will lead to a little more awareness of who everybody is, increase web traffic and be another way of supporting each other.

I've found a few of you around and about already, but why don't we make it a bit easier. I'm not asking everybody to follow me or someone else, its your choice of course, but I thought it might be nice.

Please only post you links once unless there is a new channel or profile added.

I'm a newbie to etsy! Can anyone with more experience tell me if its worth to open a Facebook,Twitter, Pinterest etc? Has it improved shop traffic?

Hi Jenny, I think if it is free it can't do any harm trying ;) I don't really like twitter and rarely use it. Facebook posts are fed back to my website via an app in WordPress. I get quite a few shares and views on FB and the occasional message but I must admit I don't post a great deal!

Posts with videos seem to get most views!

Hi everyone!
Just rediscovering Etsy teams - signed up ages ago and then forgot all about it!
I particularly like Instagram at the moment, and my stats have shown a lot more traffic coming to my shop as a result. A friend gave me a few tips on what to post and the hashtags to use (including how to use the text replacement function on my phone so that I can paste a bunch of hashtags really easily!) which has definitely helped!
I also use Facebook, but still struggle with any meaningful engagement on Twitter. Here are links to my pages:

Make it easy for us to follow you by following the team page and sending a link to your page.

Great idea! I'm new to Etsy (very new, like, one week ago new) but I have a gently growing Instagram account that has brought me some opportunities as an illustrator, and I'm trying to get back into Facebook and Twitter for business though I find those much harder to maintain.

I think the Facebook algorithm means very few people actually see posts leading to disappointing feedback that makes it hard to maintain enthusiasm, whereas Instagram seems to reach a wider audience and is more enjoyable to keep up with.
