Listings Not Showing up

Hi

I have 65 listings in my shop and was contacted by a customer today who was unable to re order. When I view my shop all listings show as current however when I viewed as a customer only 6 of my listings are showing. I'm not sure how long this has been the case but have contacted Etsy. Any advice while waiting for a reply would be helpful. Thanks

Problem sorted, I deactivated all my listings and then reactivated them all. No idea why this happened and not heard back from Etsy yet. Just hope I haven't lost too many sales!

Glad it is sorted - let us know what Etsy say!

I look at my shop using the incognito option (Chrome) once in a while which is handy for seeing how it looks to customers.
