Lynn, that seems fine.

The only beef I have about DSR is that the buyer does NOT have to send the item back in order for you to have to refund, they just have to tell you they've changed their minds. As always, consumer law is weighted towards the consumer & always seems to assume that anyone selling anything is a company the size of ICI. *sigh*

Update on EU distant selling regulations.

One bit on the Etsy UK blog that catches my eye is - “You must also provide buyers with a model withdrawal form (in other words, a cancellation form) that they can — but are not obliged to — use if they change their mind and wish to return a product". It does say that - "Etsy will create a model withdrawal form that sellers can supply to buyers." But doesn't say when that will be available...
