...And I'm not sure I understand how to fully utilize a team. I'm not sure how to work the "Team Treasuries" where someone posts a bunch of rules and sale stuff. I'm a stay at home mom so I have time to get online (at least in the evenings) and network a bit, but I don't have the money to pay to run my ads. Help!

Hi! Welcome! There's really no rules with our team treasuries. Some of the teams have lots of rules! It's good to use at least 3 members. I try to get everyone to tag their items with mcteam. It makes it easier to pick items to use but not many members have tagged. In our team just use two or three members and post in our listing. If you have questions about other teams let me know. I have two other shops (photography and vintage jewelry) I am on treasury teams with them too! Feel free to ask me anything, If I can help I will!
