Problem with my two shops

Hello, I'm new here and would like to present myself. I am actually Sara from SaraLechnerArt but I opened a second shop under loopythingies and now when I open my SaraLechnerArt shop and want to go to "my shop" or "you" or whatever I get directed to the information of the loopythingies one and practically I don't exist as SaraLechnerArt any more... Did some of you have this problem or know how to address it?? thank you so much! Sara

I think you mean when you are signed in to one shop you can't see the other. The best solution I've found is to use two browsers. Like Internet Explorer and Firefox. Use one for one shop and one for the other. Sign each browser into a different shop...

I have two shops and I check this one with my tablet, and the another one with my phone!

Even if you're the owner of both shops, Etsy treat them as totally separated stores. You have to log in and out to see one at a time, unfortunately.
