I am unable to open a second shop..?

I am trying to open a second shop, but when I try to input my address, name etc it says it is "not verified" and "contact us." I did contact them but Im guessing it will take a while for them to get back to me. So my question is should I have put in a different address? Are you not allowed to have two shops with the same address? The banking info was the same and accepted.

When I opened my second shop, I had to have a second email address.
I am not sure how they are doing things now. This sounds like they are just confirming your address is verified (per USPS) as when we ship items. It's probably just a security precaution.

I want to open a second shop, but every time I try to find out how to do it I just go to my original shop and can't fine a place where to register a second shop....Can someone please help. ThankYou,
