To my fellow quilters, am I doing this wrong? I have a very busy CUSTOM shop and currently have almost 20 quilts in my queue. When a buyer contacts me and we agree to work together I create a "deposit" listing for them, they pay it and that gets them in my queue. They are always aware that my turn around time is longer than Etsy's options. So, when I have completed the custom quilt, I create a 2nd "final" payment listing for them. I finalized both listings, but 1 is on time and 1 is grossly late.
Does anyone know how to do this in one step or how to change estimated delivery dates. I am anxious to learn how others handle this.
