Slow progess on adding things on here but I have many homemade things along with wood burning.
Yes adding new items is always a challenge because it is very time consuming. Let me say though what you have on your shop is beautiful and your pictures are stellar. Just before adding items, do some research and look at competitors and see if Etsy buyers are looking for that product and check other sellers stores so that you are competitive.
You can use a tool called Erank or marmalead to find out what Etsy buyers are looking for and how much competition there is for that item.
Make sure you have a theme for your store, looks like woodworking would be a good theme, learn search engine optimization, which you can find on YouTube. Make sure it is at the specific so that you can learn what tags and description to put on each item. I have some coaches that are use that I will put below and they are on YouTube. I am in no way affiliated with them or get payment from them but they have help me a lot by learning what to do and what not to do. They are:
Nancy Badillo, Dave from add to cart, Starla moore, and Kara Buntin. They are all sellers on Etsy that started out without much sales and then overtime learned how to sell a lot and they have fantastic videos.
Hope this is helpful and I wish you the best of luck.
Hi Sparkling Vinyl,
I just found Nancy Badillo, and I love her videos and Starla Moore and Alisha Conn too. All very helpful.
Oh and on the search engine optimization part that I put I meant to make sure it is Etsy specific. Etsy’s search engine is a bit different than Google.
My first thought, honestly, was why doesn't your banner show wood working stuff. I would rework it to be on target for what your shop is about.
