Hi, Thankyou for adding me! I’m Rachy - a Graphic Designer by trade, but an avid crafter in any spare time I can find! Based in Yorkshire.

I have recently set up my Etsy store after having success through word of mouth about my products...

I make jewellery and homeware products from concrete and other items you may find in a hardware store, hence the name, Hardware Craft!

I am hoping to get to know some other makers and small business owners :) and I am looking forward to attending my first craft fair selling my products in March!

I opened my shop in the end of 2017 but couldn't take care of it because of the last months of the pregnancy. Nearly for 1 year i did nothing about my shop. My baby was more important to take care of for sure :) Last month i started to get on it more. But now can't understand the reason for not to sell anything. If i make mistakes ; like a bad looking shop or people just don't trust a shop which didn't sell anything in 2 years. If anyone looks my shop please write me if you see something wrong. Hello everyone, My name is Benita and I live in the Middle East. Recently, I opened my etsy shop "Jewelry Mahal".

It is a small store where we sell handmade jewelry items from Asia. By "we", I mean me and my very close friend :) She is my co-partner in this venture. 

Growing up, I always watched my mom hand pick materials and have local craftsman make jewelry items exactly like how she wanted it. My mom loves jewelry. And what facinated me was not only the skilled craftsmanship of these makers but the passion & patience they displayed in making a product.

My mom is Indian and last year when taking a course on fashion accessory design, inspiration struck and my friend & I decided to take advantage of my indian roots and bring the culture & unique skill to makers all over the world. We want to take what these talented locals indian creaftsman create and have them used by creative makers the world over. Living in the middle east and working with locals from my country of heritage is certainly a rewarding and humbling experience. 

Which is why we opened our own little etsy store last week :) We are very new. And are open to suggestions and any help we can have to make this shop a success.

Hi! My page is called BEACH LIFE VINTAGE....and the introduction to it says it all. “Every time we walk along a beach some ancient urge disturbs us so that we find ourselves shedding shoes and garments or scavenging among seaweed and whitened timbers like the homesick refugees of a long war.”

I try to find or make items that fit that description...some fun, some thoughtful, some soul touching. Things that I would like. Things that make me feel something. Vintage, worn, distressed or maybe new with a message. I hope you all enjoy them as much as I do. they're so pretty! the only thing I would suggest is perhaps taking photos of the products against a white background so that they stand out a bit more, it might help to show off the lovely colours a bit more clearly :)

I actually like the rustic wood backgrounds.  It might be worth while to experiment between your current backgrounds and white though.  Find out what buyers like.
