You need to add more listings every day. You can’t get found in search with one listing. Let’s say your competitors have 100 listings in their store. When customers type in the search bar and you have one listing and they have 100, it’s easy to see that their listings will come up because they have more chances. 

You have to do something on your store everyday. You can’t just hope for sales. Add more items, a banner, shop policies, learn Seo. Etsy likes active stores so be active in your shop. Good luck

I concur with Sparklingvinyl's comment.  It is going to be hard to get sales with only a single product, especially if that product is a 'Specialty' type product.  If you only want to try with the one product, then, you need to get creative and make it appear that you have more than one product.  You might try creating additional listings for the product, with different titles and a different primary / main picture for each listing.  For example:

1st Listing - Leave title as is; 2nd Listing - Rice heating bags for Aromatherapy; 3rd Listing - Lavender scented Aromatherapy Rice Heating Bags; 4th Listing - Aromatherapy Heating Bags.

Now, even though you only have a single product, you have four listings which will give the appearance of multiple products and improve your chances in searches.

You need to take full advantage of all the Tags also.  You might try adding the following additional tags:  Aromatherapy bags, Rice Heating Bags, Lavender Scented Bag.  Also, you might improve your description and state your policies.  A Shop Banner would be nice also.

Hi Celeste, there are some great you tube videos to help with sales.  Since putting into practice some of the wonderful information I learned.  It was a great help to me.  There is a woman that sells wreaths that has a terrific help sell on etsy video.  I can not think of her name right now, forgive me.  But her wreaths are beautiful and  they sell for 300.00 or so.  Her help is wonderful.  I truly believe in pay it forward.  By blessing someone else, you always get the blessings ten fold.  I am always happy to share info that has helped me.  You have to work your shop everyday.  Make sure your title of an item is the first paragraph in your description.  Make sure all those words are used in your tags.  In different variations.  Post as many if not all 10 photos for an item.  Clear pictures really help.  It really helps to have more than but, at least 50 items for sale.  People like vareity.  When pricing a handmade item, take into consideration your time, product costs and when you are an artist you are offering something of your self that is special.  Never ever underprice yourself, your artistry.  These little tips have helped me.  I hope they help you.  Happy selling.
