anyone popping up?

afternoon all,

i'm brand~spanking new to the team, so.. hello. i'm emily and i draw.
just wondering if anyone has plans to participate in pop~ups, markets or other real~life, look~an~actual~person~in~the~eye~and~
ask~them~for~money~in~return~for~your~stuff activities?

because i've been 'planning' to do something of that ilk for ages. years probably. i've come to the conclusion that i'll never do it alone, i'll just procrastinate for ever..

so if anyone really wants to do it, i'm in. nothing too huge, just a dipping of toes in the water, and with a realistic amount of time to prepare (i have a six~month~old; who knew they took up so much time?). i'm good at organising, creating and generally getting stuff done, once i get going. no, really..

e.

Re: anyone popping up?

I am a UK seller from Crawley (WestSussex), Check my profile I sell homemade personalised vintage hen party bags which will be soon followed by cards. Also, I personalise these bags and cards for any occasions as per customers demands. My aim is to do great writings on paper bags or cards for indispensable pals, family, significant others or anyone else. Through my drawings I wanna let these people know life is too short to not tell people how important they are to you. I hope you like what I make.

hi cherry, nice to meet you! lovely cards.. must be a lot of work to personalise each one though!
have you got any plans to take them to markets or pop ups? i guess that would be difficult with them being made-to-order..!

Re: anyone popping up?

Hi Emily,

Thank you for your compliments, Yes it is indeed a lot of work to personalise each one of them. Recently, I am planning to take them to a craft fair but I was wondering since it is a new business I just cant understand how many to make if they are suppose to be displayed at the fair.
Do you have any idea about markets where I can attract customer without selling them but promoting my shop.
Thank you.

Cherry :)
