Etsy have removed the Printmaking category!

I've only just been alerted to the fact that the Art Category page has no mention of Printmaking!

www.etsy.com/browse/art?ref=fp_ln_new_art - We’ve been lumped in with "Prints and Posters"

I have added my comments on both treasuries and any thread I find regarding this error of etsy judgement. I hope the support continues to grow as the printmaking and wider community understands the implications for printmakers. I too have a couple of recent treasuries for printmaking - done at the time simply because I love original prints and wish to promote fellow printmakers. The next one will carry the message in the hope that more and more people see it and join in the campaign.

I know some have said that it's not a problem because the search bar function is still going to find us, but it's so deeply wrong to see printmaking lost in with posters that I think the fight to get this corrected should carry on. The browse categories are there for a reason and printmakers are hugely let down by it now.

It is massive step back for original prints - how can most people value them properly if they are being guided to think of it in the same way as reproductions? Those who know the difference will not be affected but the vast majority do not appreciate the skills involved and they too are being let down by Etsy in these misleading classifications.
