I have the facebook fan page, a blog, and twitter, I am posting to all as much as I can. Yet no new views or sales or likes how do you all promote?

Are doing daily things like making treasuries, adding others shops to your circle and favoriting them help at all?

Is there other places outside of Etsy to advertise and then which do you advertise your etsy shop, fan page, blog, or all of them?

Sorry for the questions, just trying to get a handle on all this and how the best way to promote is?
