Hi All, In 1984, Topps offered a Glossy Set of Baseball All-Stars as a very exclusive mail-in redemption. Because they made it so exclusive, that kept the number of these cards in circulation to a bare minimum, and made this Collector's Edition set one of the most rare set of cards of 1980's sets. I happened to get one of these in almost Mint condition from an elderly gentleman at an Estate sale.
