How do you handle "back ordered" items?

If there is a back ordered item after the order is placed, I will contact FMG and get the estimate shipment date. If it is within two weeks, I will let the team member know and let her decide whether to wait or not. If the shipment date is more than 2 weeks, I will go ahead and cancel that item with FMG and refund the respective team member.

Starting from Jan., 2015, orders are placed every Sunday. Please have your list info emailed to me on or before Saturday if you want join the order.

Tracking will be emailed to you automatically when I printed the shipping labels.

What if we have FMG gift certificates? Can I give you the certificate number, and will they let you redeem it as payment or partial payment? I would use over the gift certificate amount to make it easier to pay you for this awesome discount service.
