If there is a back ordered item after the order is placed, I will contact FMG and get the estimate shipment date. If it is within two weeks, I will let the team member know and let her decide whether to wait or not. If the shipment date is more than 2 weeks, I will go ahead and cancel that item with FMG and refund the respective team member.
What if we have FMG gift certificates? Can I give you the certificate number, and will they let you redeem it as payment or partial payment? I would use over the gift certificate amount to make it easier to pay you for this awesome discount service.
