Hi, I'm new to the team and I have about 20-25 items to order. Just wanted to check if that will bump the order up to the 50 item mark? If it's below 50 items, then I'd like to just order a few pieces that I need for a customers order, and then wait to order the rest with a large order.

Hi Erin,

No matter how many items for the coming orders, you always pay the lowest prices. There is no need for us to wait to reach the 200 items before we place the order :)

Next week is Thanksgiving week for members in US. I am going to take a little break and enjoy the holiday with my family. So, no order will be placed on next Sunday (11/25). Order will resume normal on the following Sunday (12/2)
If you need something soon, please consider sending in your list to me asap, so I can place your order on 11/18.

Updates on 11/18 order:
Bad news! A box arrived at my office finally. When I opened it, there are only cotton-filled boxes. I have contacted FMG, and they said they will investigate. I guessed the other items were damaged or lost during the mail transit. Hopefully, FMG will send out the replacement package soon. Will update when I receive further news from them.

Hmm.. Did you get insurance on the package sent from FMG to you? How long have you been ordering supplies from FMG? It sounds like the supplies were stolen and I’m not sure how FMG handles this. Hopefully FMG will do the right thing and send another package, especially if you have a good background with them… What will happen if they don’t? Will I get a refund if I can’t get what I ordered?
