I was wondering about this myself- right now I just add new things in etsy and use the copy listing feature especially since I list only a few style beads so it makes it easy.
Has anyone used any of the external ones like Craftopolis and one other whose name escapes me at the mo'? Are they safe?
http://www.craftopolis.com/#com=ee I just recently had to change some small print in everyone one of my listings and with the help of edit express and ctrl-c ctrl-v, I had it all done in maybe 30 minutes
I have certain thing that I put in all of my listings. I have a word document that has all the little bits and pieces I might need for a listing so I can just copy and paste that portion of the listing.
Awesome... I used Craftopolis to do a batch edit... it's great! Also if you need to change your shipping for everything in the shop you can do it in Etsy. I did that too...
I'm trying to keep everything the same or similar. My shipping was all over the place because I couldn't decide. I figure for anything less than $40 I'll ship first class, anything over $40 and it will go flat rate with me sucking up part of the shipping.
I had a minor disturbance on an item I shipped out of the country that never showed up... So I am using only Priority Mail for those things leaving the country. I know it doesn't track once it leaves here but at least I'll have proof that it was shipped.
