I have tried scarfs and beanies but on a small scale for my daughters dolls. I have a few yarns that I have used on other projects that I wanna purchase in the future to try out. I really enjoy the rectangle looms for scarfs.
Check your local craft stores. They have quick and easy patterns that can be the base for great inspiration. I've also research public library material as well, and have been pleasantly surprised.
