I think that we need to start a pettition that states that if they are going to regulate clothing and accessories of children under 12, they should require the grey goods manufacturer,(meaning the manufacturer of the material or hardware), to test all products and they provide us with the certification, it is more cost effective that way. That would release the liability of the wholesaler, retailer, and manufacturer of finished goods.
