Vintage fabrics with CPSIA

How do I comply with CPSIA if I use only vintage fabric and items are one of a kind or a few of a kind. I have tried to follow some of the threads and it seems so confusing. Thanks for the input.

Re: Vintage fabrics with CPSIA

I don't think you'll have to worry about your fabric, most fabric has been exempted from testing (unless it's been painted or otherwise added to).

You do need to have tracking labels permanently attached to your items, and if your items are too small for a label, the tracking info can go on the packaging.

Re: Vintage fabrics with CPSIA

I believe fabric is exempt, unless it's been altered.
