Type of paper stores use for tracking labels

Please, does anyone know what kind of paper (maybe some polyester paper?) the clothing manufacturers for stores use to print the tracking labels?
The ones for Macy's and Target, for example, look like the same kind of paper and I was wondering who sells it.
Thanks...

I have no idea. I wouldn't want a label in a handmade garment made of the stuff like target uses for their 10.000 t-shirt labels. I purchase soft woven ribbon labels.

Those labels are very nice but I noticed that is a European shop. The standards may not be the same. Try misslabel.com . I have ordered from her and she advertises compliancy. Great customer service.

Thanks to everyone for your replies.
I also have woven labels. I should have clarified, I was referring to the label for the CPSIA info that I plan to sew underneath the woven one. I have seen that shop, hobbytime, and that is exactly the kind of label I am referring to, but my concern was also the fact that it is in Europe, and not sure about the compliance paperwork.
