Toy making classes?

Hello,
I'm not a seller yet, but I'd like to be. All these silly "laws", ugh.

If I started a class on making stuffed toys and had the parents buy the fabrics, would that still be in compliance? Would they go after the parent for providing the toy? Or the teacher?

Thanks for your time.

Re: Toy making classes?

I dont think it would apply.
They're not stopping people being taught how to do stuff, they're stopping people *selling* the end product if it contains non compliant items. What they do with the toys, what they make them from & if they sell them after you have taught them how to make them should have no bearing on you whatsoever.

Yea, I don't think you or the parents would have any issues. You just can sell the product.

Re: Toy making classes?

I agree. You are providing a service not the supplies.

Could I sue my trainer because I couldn't lose weight?
