My sister and I are just starting up our business making crocheted hats. We've done a bunch of research into CPSIA regulations and have some questions just to make sure we have everything straight.
Regarding tags: Colette lives in PA and I live in MD; can we our tags just say they're made in PA since that's where our business is officially located, or do we need to order separate tags for each of us with our different locations? I think we only need CPSIA tracking labels unless we use yarn with wool in it, which we will for some hats. For those that require FTC tags as well, do both tags need to be sewn into the hat? For the hats that we're selling in stores do we also need, in addition to those 2 tags, a hangtag with the FTC information on it so that shoppers can easily see the fiber content and care instructions? Here's what we were thinking of for our CPSIA and FTC tags; do they look okay?

Regarding fiber content: We're pretty much using only 100% acrylic or 100% wool yarn at this point. However, we had planned to use some yarn that has metallic polyester, which gives it a streak of silver. Is this allowed, since it's polyester? Or would it need to be tested because there's something metallic about it?
I'm sure we'll have more questions, but this is a start. Thank you for you help! This team has been a great resource!
