Up until now I only had an etsy account to make purchases, but now I have been considering selling boutique style baby/toddler clothes, but now I am horribly confused!! The CPSIA document that has been posted several times is giving me a headache. I was eally excited to make a little extra money, but now I am reconsidering. Can someone please explain what I need to know in laymen's terms? I guess I picked a bad time to do this :(
