With the stay in force now, do I need to get a GCC for my dolls and plushes by the 10th of this month? They are made completely from cotton, fiberfill, thread and wool, no plastic or metal parts.
Items still have to be in compliance on Feb. 10th. The only thing the stay does is not force us to test. How we prove our compliance is up to us, but we're still responsible if something goes wrong.
